We work with our membership to introduce home care perspectives to public policy debates. Opportunities for education and networking are another important aspect of membership. Our specialized programs help prepare home care management staff for their evolving leadership roles. These services and programs are made possible with support from our membership.
Eligibility
Provider membership is open to organizations licensed by the State of New Hampshire as providers of home health, homemaker, hospice, and other home care services.
Member dues
Provider member dues range from $1,155-$11,025 annually based on a revenue formula for home care lines of business. Affiliate member annual dues are $525 for eligible candidates. Refer to our dues policy for more information.
