MEMBER NEWS: Rochester District VNA, AV Home Care, Northwoods Home Health & Hospice
Rochester District VNA is now Medicare certified for hospice, having restored this service which they had discontinued several years ago. The agency completed a deficiency free survey on April 13th.
Androscoggin Valley Home Care Services has been awarded the contract to render BEAS-funded services in collaboration with Northwoods Home Health and Hospice, to cover all of Coos County and three towns in northern Grafton County. The contract includes: Adult in Home Care, TXX Homemaker, TIIIB Home Health Aide, Nursing, Health Screening, and Elder Abuse Counseling.
