HHQI National Campaign First Best Practice Intervention Package
The first Best Practice Intervention Package (BPIP) is now available on the HHQI Web site. To access this, please log in to the Web site and click on the link in the top left of the page, “BPIP Download”. If you are not currently registered, please register your agency by using the link in the top right corner of the page. This will allow you access to all the campaign has to offer. From here you will have access to “Best Practices Intervention Package – Fundamentals of Reducing Acute Care Hospitalizations.” You will notice the BPIP is available to be downloaded in its entirety or you can download the section of your choice.
