We are seeking a RN, Nurse Manager for our soon to be opened New Hampshire pediatric home care office.  This managerial role is ideal for a nurse desiring one-on-one patient contact in conjunction with teaching and supervisory responsibilities.  As the Nurse Manager, you will be an integral part of a team of people dedicated to ensuring our pediatric clients receive the best care possible, in the comfort of their own homes.  You will become a resource for families by building strong relationships and sharing your clinical nursing expertise. The ideal nurse will be flexible, with an "all hands on deck" positive attitude.

This exciting startup opportunity will be in our new Manchester, New Hampshire Pediatric speciality office. As a result of recent family advocacy efforts, BAYADA Pediatrics is able to enter this market for the first time. Use your leadership skills to help us expand BAYADA Pediatrics in New England with this exceptional growth opportunity!
The RN, Nurse Manager opportunity will allow you to build relationships with clients and families, enhance your management skills, and use your knowledge to help train our field nurses. As a member of this "all hands on deck" team, you will:
  • *Admit clients and conduct initial assessments
  • *Develop care plans
  • *Conduct reassessments
  • *Make supervisory visits in the field
  • *Become a trusted resource to clients, families and nursing staff
  • *Review clinical documentation
  • *Be available to answer questions on clients after hours as needed
  • *Facilitate new hire orientation
  • *Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff
  • *Observe and confirm competencies of field staff
  • *Take part in office activities such as community events or office sponsorships.
  • *Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications Qualifications -Current NH or MA RN license in good standing -Recent high tech pediatric trach/vent experience is preferred -Prior home care experience a plus -Prior supervisory/management experience a plus -Flexibility to open cases outside of regular business hours when needed -Ability to think on your feet and prioritize
