This exciting startup opportunity will be in our new Manchester, New Hampshire Pediatric specialty office. As a result of recent family advocacy efforts, the state of NH has issued an increase in Medicaid reimbursement rates, allowing BAYADA Pediatrics to enter this market for the first time. Use your leadership skills to help us expand BAYADA Pediatrics in New England with this exceptional growth opportunity! Directors at BAYADA manage all office operations as well as client service and employee matters. Through hands-on experience and training, you will oversee strategic planning and budgeting, program development, and manage staff education, training and evaluation.
The ideal Director candidate will have current or prior leadership experience within the home care industry, as well as a strong understanding of the New Hampshire market. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, network, and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting are a must.

Qualifications Four year college degree required. Prior leadership experience w/in the home care industry. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience (preferably in a health care or social service industry). Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff. Proven marketing and recruiting skills. Excellent relationship building skills. Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking within the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies. Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities.
