Overview Functions include, but are not limited to: • Administrative support of the Executive Director and management team. • Maintain personnel records and assist in orientation of new employees. • Maintain insurance and other contracts; complete re-credentialing for all insurances. • Compile patient/visit statistics and prepare town budget request letters with supporting documentation and send out town reports. • Compile all information and stats necessary and produce Annual Report for Annual Meeting. • Provide PR for Hospice volunteer training, grief groups, Gathering of Music, fundraisers, etc. • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping, office administrative systems. • Serve as the point person for office manager duties, including: non-medical supplies, non-medical and non-IT equipment, copier supplies/maintenance, updating/printing of in-house printed materials, e.g brochures, Med cards, etc.
Qualifications This position requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good computer skills in Word and Excel, professional behavior and judgment and excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to get along with all different types of people and MUST be able to multi-task.
