DescriptionThis exciting startup opportunity will be in our new Manchester, New Hampshire Pediatric specialty office. Use your leadership skills to help us expand BAYADA Pediatrics in New England with this exceptional growth opportunity! Directors at BAYADA manage all office operations as well as client service and employee matters. Through hands-on experience and training, you will oversee strategic planning and budgeting, program development, and manage staff education, training and evaluation. The ideal Director candidate will have current or prior leadership experience within the home care industry, as well as a strong understanding of the New Hampshire market. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, network, and thrive in an entrepreneurial setting are a must. Use your business skills, along with your passion for doing truly meaningful work, to help medically fragile children receive the care they need in the comfort of their own homes. Your work will directly impact clients and families, and help them live better lives, every day.
* This position will require you to train in New Jersey and Massachusetts for several months, allowing you to be mentored by tenured Directors and Division Directors within the BAYADA organization.

|Qualifications||Qualifications • Four year college degree required. • Prior leadership experience w/in the home care industry. • Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience (preferably in a health care or social service industry). • Proven ability to organize, manage and grow an office and its staff. • Proven marketing and recruiting skills. • Excellent relationship building skills. • Demonstrated PC and communication skills, especially in regard to networking within the community and representing our organization to various groups and agencies. • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position and responsibilities. • Ability and willingness to travel and train in New Jersey and Massachusetts|
