Behavioral Health Affinity Group

In 2013 the Home Care Association of New Hampshire, in cooperation with C & V Senior Care specialist, developed an education and training program, called Clear Path, to address the growing population of behavioral health clients within home care.  This affinity group grew out of that program, but is open to all members of the Home Care Association of New Hampshire.

  Road to Wholeness Behavioral Health   Nearly, 1 in 5 adults has a mental illness. By 2030, adults over 65 will account for 20% of the US population. Research from the CDC shows that Medicare recipients in home health have diagnoses of Depression at a rate of 37.9% and Dementia at 31.4%. These (more…)
