Beulah Scott, OTR/L, COS-C is a Clinical Consultant for HPW. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years specific to home care. She brings firsthand knowledge of startup of a home care agency, management of day-to-day operations, accreditation processes and leadership. Beulah believes that it is important to remain flexible to change and in keeping abreast with regulatory updates, changes, and trends to grow and move forward.

Beulah is part of the clinical consulting team providing support and solutions to home health agencies across the country to achieve regulatory compliance. Beulah has profound experience in operations of home health and outpatient therapy, preparation for accreditation/survey, staff development, marketing, business development, writing policy and procedures, due diligence processes, program development, implementation of quality and improvement plans, developing partnerships with referral sources and community leaders. In addition, she has provided seminars/workshops in the community, hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities regarding the benefits of home health and diverse topics related to therapy. She has successfully led home health teams through numerous deficiency free surveys and in developing/implementing plans of corrections.
