Private Duty Group

Private Duty Home Care is fast becoming one of the most in demand services our members offer in New Hampshire.  The Home Care Association has scheduled facilitated meetings to guide members as they begin, ramp up or maintain their private duty programming.  During these sessions we will discuss the needs of patients and families within our communities as well as participate in education sessions on operations tactics, financial acuity, staff recruitment and retention, the latest legal updates and more.

This affinity group is for private duty managers or agency leaders interested in learning more about private duty services.  The Forum is facilitated by Rebecca Hutchinson, a former HCANH Board Member who recently retired from Ascentria In-Home Care.  She has more than 25 years of experience in private duty care.  The group generates a list of topics they want to explore, including workforce recruitment/retention, customer service training, marketing, and organizational structure.  

 

Private Duty Meetings

All meetings are from 9:30 to noon unless otherwise noted. Join us to learn from one another; success stories as well as challenges to pioneer your own strategies with statistical analysis, data-driven forecasting, improvement studies, and more.

  HCANH affinity groups are collegial, member-driven networking opportunities to share best practices, problem-solve challenges and delve into issues.  Rebecca Hutchinson, former director of Ascentria In-Home Care, is the facilitator for the Private Duty/CFI Forum.  She has experience both in private duty care and state-funded long-term services and supports.  The group meets quarterly.
