The National Council of Certified Dementia Certified Practitioners has developed an educational Tool Kit for training direct care staff who work with patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The toolkit contains 50 individual 30-minute presentations to use as you train home care agency staff, volunteers, support group participants and as well as families.
