NAHC To HOST NATIONAL SUMMITS:
Preparing Home Health Agencies for 2020 and Beyond
Medicare Patient-Driven Groupings Model:
A Revolution in Medicare Home Health Payment
One-Day Intensive Educational Summits
JANUARY – MARCH 2019 | 12 STRATEGICALLY LOCATED CITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY
The most consequential changes to impact home health in decades are coming in 2020 — are you ready? The Patient-Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) was created by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and is slated to debut on January 1, 2020. PDGM will revolutionize the payment methodology for all Medicare Home Health Agencies (HHAs) in the United States.
Agencies must prepare immediately for these radical regulatory changes, which will significantly impact virtually all aspects of payment methodology. Significant operational and organizational reforms must be undertaken by your agency in early 2019 to successfully transition to PDGM. To help you get ready, join the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC), in partnership with the NAHC Forum of State Associations, the Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association, and the Home Care Technology Association of America, for an intensive one-day summit that will prepare your Medicare HHA for the PDGM revolution.
“PDGM will revolutionize how home care operates,” says NAHC President William A. Dombi. “Every Medicare Home Health Agency must carve its own path to the new payment model and attending one of these very special seminars is the absolute best way to make the transition to PDGM smooth and successful. An agency not prepared for PDGM is not prepared for the future.”
Registration will open soon. Please explore our website to learn more about The PDGM National Summits.
