The Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH is conducting a Human Resources Metrics Survey among its members. The purpose of the survey is to get a snapshot of vacancy rates among home health and hospice staff and to determine the 2020 turnover rates for key positions. This information will help us advocate on legislative issues that affect staffing. We will use aggregate information only; individual agency information will not be shared. We will report results to Alliance members during our Membership Meeting to be held in March.
The survey is being conducted by Helms & Company, an Affiliate Member, that has experience conducting these types of surveys for various provider groups.
