We are hoping to see at least 20 total agencies (CCNs) registered to meet our sample size goals for the state.”

Participating agencies will receive exclusive access to an interactive portal with detailed benchmarks and insights that can be segmented by size, outcomes, and more. The survey will take about 2-hours over a period of three months. For more information visit the study website or contact hcresearch@berrydunn.com.
