“This is an incredibly important project for the industry and we’d love to see New Hampshire well represented, says Alliance board member, Dimitri Panacopoulous. “To date we have 9 home health agencies and 6 hospice agencies in NH signed up which is fantastic. We are hoping to see at least 20 total agencies (CCNs) registered to meet our sample size goals for the state.”
Participating agencies will receive exclusive access to an interactive portal with detailed benchmarks and insights that can be segmented by size, outcomes, and more. The survey will take about 2-hours over a period of three months. For more information visit the study website or contact email@example.com.
