Energize Your Team!

The Clear Path Project is HCANH’s unique initiative to expand the capacity of home health agencies to care for patients with behavior health diagnoses and improve overall health outcomes. ACO’s require behavioral health, be in compliance! Send staff to the onsite Behavioral Health education program this spring.  Discover new and innovative operational and administrative tools for your behavioral health teams. HCANH knows that maintaining a dedicated behavioral health team is challenging.  That’s why we’re offering two great opportunities to strengthen your agency’s staff.   The following education is open to HCANH members that were enrolled in any year of the Clear Path Project, or members of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts who participated in that Association’s behavioral health training.
