Many think they are done for the next three years until the next survey is due, but a survey can occur at any time and all agencies must maintain their compliance with the Conditions of Participation, Accreditation Standards as well as the State Standards consistently.
This webinar will review how to complete a Plan of Correction and why the implementation of the Plan is as important as the establishment of the Plan to your next survey. Performance Improvement is a large part of the compliance program and we will discuss how to develop the skills necessary to implement a successful performance improvement program and assist staff with the understanding that all employees are a part of the quality assurance/performance improvement program of the agency.
- Assist participants to understand this is an on-going process
- Develop skills with Performance Improvement
- Assist management in their understanding that dedicated time must be allowed for survey activities during the next three years
- Assist all personnel in their understanding of the “Why” a survey is a “good thing”
- Assist participants on how to respond with a plan of correction
