Eric & Laura will bring True Colors to life and help teams improve communication in a fun way!

Program Objectives:

  • Identify what type of leader you are with The True Colors® assessment and improve interpersonal relationships and leadership abilities.
  • Understand tips and techniques to help develop your staff into the next generation of leaders within your organization, including driving employee engagement.
  • Demonstrate best practices and learn the 4 keys to retain the staff you have and be the employer of choice.

Discuss how to plan for the workforce of the future as our industry transitions, including the generational transition that is taking place right now.
