To members of the Governor’s Commission on AOD Opioid Task Force,

You are invited to the 2nd Annual Catholic Medical Center Summit on Treatment of Opioid-Dependent Patients and Pain on Friday November 11, 2016 at SERESC in Bedford, NH 7:45am-4:30pm.   This important & timely conference will provide healthcare professionals with an update on:

– new opioid prescribing legislation
-role of “drug court”
-strategies for non-opiate analgesia
-enhancements to New Hampshire’s PDMP
-community-based treatment and rehabilitation resources
-NH law enforcement efforts
-Mass General Hospital’s inpatient SUD consult service
-VAMC’s substance abuse team

The target audience for this conference includes physicians, dentists, podiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, other prescribers, nurses, social workers, allied health professionals, pharmacists, and social service agencies since only with a coordinated effort by these stakeholders will we solve this problem.
