One of the major benefits of belonging to the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance is the networking and sharing of best practices among our members. The Alliance hosts quarterly Membership Meetings and Clinical Director Affinity Group Meetings where members gather for advocacy updates, conversations on current topics, briefings from guest speakers

The Clinical Directors’ group meets in Concord for briefings on clinical topics. Past topics have included:  Medicare certification survey requirements, predictive analysis by ACOs, care transition projects and Provider Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (POLST).  Contact the Alliance for more details.
