Motivational Interviewing is an evidence-based, person-centered approach designed to help motivate patients towards healthy lifestyle changes. This workshop is ideal for those who work with patients around the management of chronic health issues.
Led by MINT Interviewing Trainer, Lisa Stockwell, this highly interactive Motivational Interviewing training will support and strengthen the skills of behavioral and clinical practitioners in the use of Motivational Interviewing in the home care setting. This program is ideal for Nurses, Rehabilitation Therapists, Social Workers and others who work with patients with chronic health issues. This full-day basic training will ready participants to apply Motivational Interviewing in various practice settings.
