In partnership with the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC), the NAHC Forum of State Associations, the Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Association, and the Home Care Technology Association of America, there will be two virtual summits to meet the needs of the country during the COVID19 pandemic.
These one-day intensive PDGM summits will focus on content related to on-going performance improvement in financial, clinical, operations, and data analytics.
This is not your “run-of-the-mill” PDGM event! Instead, these comprehensive programs are based on real-time, nationwide experiences. Nationally-recognized faculty with the deepest understanding of how to achieve success in PDGM will present timely information based on current data.
Comparable in format to the intensely valuable 2019 Summits, the PDGM 2020 National Summits will be your key to thriving under PDGM. The major difference is that we are now in PDGM and will have the experiences and data to fully determine the ingredients for success.

PDGM Conference Moved to Virtual FormatAfter much deliberation and understanding that our members’ health and safety come first, the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts and NAHC are happy to announce that the PDGM Conference will be presented as virtual all-day conference rather than an in-person event. As COVID-19 continues to take hold of our world, we are understanding that as frontline workers, you are some of the most affected. With this, we understand that trying to educate yourselves while just trying to manage this chaotic time is rather difficult. Therefore, the hosting states of the PDGM Summit and NAHC have decided to postpone the virtual conference until late April so agencies have time to adjust to the “new normal”. The following information will explain any conference updates that are included with the postponement:
