Overview Home Care Assistance of Bedford is looking for a Client Care Manager (CCM) to start ASAP! The CCM is a key point of contact for clients, referral sources and the broader community. Their primary responsibilities are to help us develop new clients and to ensure the satisfaction of our existing clients. The most important skills for CCMs are their ability to close new business on the phone and in the assessment. Other important skills include the ability to network and generate new referral relationships, the ability to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with our agency even in instances in which we under perform, and the ability to effectively guide caregiver and staffing mangers to meet our clients' needs.
Qualifications Successful CCMs typically have prior experience in home care and/or a relevant educational background (BSW, MSW, OT, Masters in Gerontology, GCM, LPN or RN). CCMs should have very likeable personalities and be comfortable spending the majority of their time communicating with clients and referral sources--either in person or on the phone. 5 plus years of experience direct care/interaction with the elderly.
