Overview | Pemi-Baker Community Health is looking to fill a Social Work Position. This position is Under Arrangement/Per diem. PBCH is looking for a MSW to perform supervision to BSW staff along with social work intern. Must be a team player with exceptional people skills, be extremely customer service oriented, flexible, detail oriented, well organized, a solid knowledge of computers, excellent attention to detail, communicate well and be able to multi task. Experience with homecare, hospice and electronic medical records for SW documentation is preferred. Must be detail oriented, well organized, communicate well with patients and be a team player. Previous experience preferred. This can be a remote position with weekly check-ins with social work staff, along with availability to offer support when needed. |
Qualifications | 1. Masters degree required, 2. NH licensed Social Work Preferred. 3. Previous Social work experience preferred. 4. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently 5. Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday if needed 6. Must be able to supply a valid driver’s license without restrictions 7. Must be able to sit for long periods of time viewing small print 8. Must be able to comply with PBCH safety and dress code policies 9. Must be able to meet the lifting requirements of the position 10. Must pass a criminal, driving record check as well as Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services 11. Must be able to provide eligible to work in United States paperwork within 3 days of hire. 12. Must have reliable transportation and be able to supply proof of car insurance in the amount of $100,000/$300,000 coverage. |
