Sept. 18 – Leadership Presence: 

  • Understanding your leadership style, and how that impacts the way you communicate, make decisions and relate to others.  What it means to lead versus manage, and techniques to root into an authentic leadership presence.

Oct. 23 – Problem Solving through Relationships:
  • Building relationships and a network to help solve big problems.  Learning how to navigate the politics of leadership and the inner work of letting go.

 

Nov. 13 – Thriving Through Challenge:

  • Leadership resiliency and self-care.  Implementing strategies to promote thrivability in leadership despite any challenge. 

 

Dec. 11 – Strategic Leadership:

  • What does it mean to be a strategic thinker?  Developing a strategic planning framework to proactively think through the unexpected and through change.
 

 

Facilitated by leadership coach Trinnie Houghton. Trinnie specializes in team dynamics, communication, relationship management, systems thinking, and leader well-being.  She partners with organizations who focus on the sustainability of leaders and their teams. Clients have reported more authentic connection, new ways of understanding and knowing, awakened compassion, and a sense of renewal.


Since 2007, Trinnie has coached leadership teams, C-suite and senior level executives, partners, and emerging leaders in corporate and nonprofit sectors. She has also created and conducted conscious leadership development programs across New Hampshire.  Additionally, Trinnie has been adjunct faculty at Southern New Hampshire University’s Graduate Business School, teaching classes in Leadership and Human Behavior in Organizations.
