She joined the Alliance after spending more than 20 years working within the healthcare sector. Prior to becoming the Alliance’s CEO, Keliane served as Vice President and Senior Consultant with Pear Associates, where she supported nonprofit and government entities within the health, education, and human services sectors with strategic planning, business development, and organizational assessments. Before that, she spent over 15 years at Granite VNA, ultimately serving as Chief Officer of Community Engagement. Throughout her career, Keliane demonstrated an ability to collaborate with community organizations in support of improving the health and wellness of individuals and families across the lifespan. In addition to professional certification as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist, Keliane has a Master of Education degree and Bachelor of Science degree in health education from Plymouth State University. Her work has been recognized with the 2019 Business Excellence Award in Healthcare by NH Business Review, as well as membership in Leadership NH Class of 2014, the Granite State Healthcare Coalition Leadership Team, and the Capital Area Public Health Network Executive Leadership Committee, among others. She lives with her husband, Doug, and two kids, Casey and Bode. Most weekends she can be found cheering on her kids in various activities, spending time at the beach, and skiing.
Debby Vargas Debby joined the Alliance in December 2024 as the part-time Membership Specialist. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as a fundraising professional, library grants coordinator, and volunteer at numerous
community organizations. Originally from the mid-Atlantic region, Debby has a Master of Library Science degree from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
