Purpose & Value

Special Interest Groups (SIGs) strengthen member engagement, highlight sector priorities, and generate education and advocacy opportunities. Each SIG helps identify needs and recommend solutions that deliver value to members and support the Alliance’s mission.

Goal

By aligning education, policy, and member priorities, SIGs will serve as a driving force for innovation, collaboration, and sustainability across New Hampshire’s home health, hospice, and palliative care community.

Focus Areas
  • Identify sector-specific challenges, opportunities, and best practices
  • Recommend Alliance-hosted educational offerings that:

Address member professional development needs
Strengthen quality of care and service delivery

  • Surface policy and practice issues for Alliance leadership consideration

Structure
  • Committee Chair: Each group is assigned a chair, who is either a member of the Alliance Board or recommended by the Board, to guide discussions and ensure continuity
  • Meeting Cadence: Twice per year, 90 minutes, with an informed and prepared agenda
